I just got back from the 2024 Woodstock Fruit Festival—and wow. In this episode, I’m sharing my full review and honest reflections on what it was like to attend the world’s largest raw vegan and fruit-based lifestyle gathering. If you’ve ever wondered what actually happens at a fruit festival, whether it’s worth the money, or what kind of transformation is possible in a week surrounded by nature, like-minded people, and tropical fruit—you’ll want to hear this.
This year, the festival moved to a brand-new location: a tropical fruit farm in Homestead, Florida. Set among mango trees and freshwater lagoons, the new environment was the perfect backdrop for deep healing, social connection, and high-vibe living. From exotic fruits like chocolate sapote and sweet lemons to cold-pressed juices, yoga, dance, meditation, and transformational breathwork, this event was more than a party—it was a healing experience.
I talk about:
– My personal health journey and how I got here
– What made this year’s festival different
– How the event handled food, lodging, activities, and community
– Common concerns like cost, camping, and porta potties (yes, I address it all)
– How attending a fruit-based gathering can jumpstart your healing journey
This isn’t just about fruit. It’s about the power of raw foods, cleansing, nervous system resets, and stepping into a life of clarity, health, and joy. I also share why building community is essential for anyone pursuing natural healing and how transformational it can be to meet others walking the same path. Whether you’re into raw veganism, detox protocols, plant-based eating, or simply want to surround yourself with people who value vitality—this episode gives you a behind-the-scenes look.
And yes—we’re doing our own event again too! The Texas Fruit Festival is back October 19–20, 2024, in Austin. It’s free to attend, with raw food vendors, live music, speakers, and an amazing community vibe. Visit TexasFruitFestival.com for details.
